Position Overview:

We're looking for a driven PA to join our expanding inpatient care team and help us elevate patient outcomes in communities across California . Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Initiate and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
  • Assist with or perform bedside procedures as appropriate to the specialty and scope
  • Partner closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and specialists
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Facilitate admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
  • Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospital policies

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • California State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and team collaboration skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and patient advocacy
