Salary Range: $120k to $ 150k K a year

Location: Santa Ana, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dedicated team in California. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise will directly support high-quality patient care.

Position Summary:

The Case Manager plays a key role in coordinating client services, advocating for needs, and guiding individuals toward healthier, more independent lives. You will work closely with clients in person, providing assessments, referrals, support, and follow-up in a structured, welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision
  • Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and assess patient conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
  • Assist in minor procedures (if applicable)
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current California PA license and NCCPA certification
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (if applicable)
  • Previous clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a care team
