Ease Well Pain Management Medical Hospital is actively recruiting a committed Physician Assistant specializing in pain management to become an integral part of our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating health conditions while promoting optimal health practices. Collaborate closely with physicians, leverage your medical expertise, and provide compassionate care to our diverse patient base.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Shift Timing: Starting from 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and thoroughly review medical histories.
• Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays.
• Diagnose and effectively treat acute health conditions and illnesses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic diseases.
• Prescribe medications, monitor patient responses, and make necessary treatment adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and appointment schedules.
• Educate patients and their families on diseases, preventive measures, and health guidelines.
• Advocate for holistic patient health and well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development, research, and collaborative initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Valid State Physician Assistant license (PA-C).
• DEA registration is essential.
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Demonstrated experience as a Physician Assistant in clinical, hospital, ER, or urgent care settings.
• Proficient in primary and acute care practices.
• Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to patient-centric care with strong ethical values.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain composure and provide care in high-stress situations.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
• Bilingual skills are beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
