Full-Time Physician Assistant in Pain Management Needed at Heart Hub Specialist Clinic

About Us:

Heart Hub Specialist Clinic invites dedicated Physician Assistants specializing in pain management to join our esteemed healthcare team. As a key member, you'll be instrumental in diagnosing and treating health conditions, emphasizing optimal health practices. Collaborate with seasoned physicians, apply your clinical expertise, and deliver compassionate care to our diverse patient community.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Shift starts at 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and meticulously review medical histories.
  • Order and interpret a range of diagnostic tests, including bloodwork and X-rays.
  • Diagnose and manage acute health conditions and long-term illnesses.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans for chronic ailments.
  • Prescribe medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as required.
  • Maintain precise patient records and manage appointment calendars.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, preventive measures, and health practices.
  • Champion holistic patient well-being.
  • Engage in continuous learning, research, and collaborative healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Active State Physician Assistant license (PA-C).
  • Essential DEA registration.
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
  • Proven experience as a Physician Assistant in clinical, hospital, ER, or urgent care environments.
  • Proficiency in primary and acute care practices.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
  • Strong communication skills for effective patient and colleague interactions.
  • Dedication to patient-centric care and ethical practice. Team-oriented mindset with a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to provide care calmly in high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
