Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday-Friday On-Call Saturday

Salary:

  • $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients, including conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and managing follow-up care.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform medical procedures and interventions as required, adhering to established protocols and maintaining patient safety.
  • On-Call Coverage: Participate in the on-call rotation, including Saturdays, to provide timely assistance and medical advice to patients as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare journey.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring that all medical practices are in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with the latest medical advancements, attending training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participating in case reviews, audits, and process evaluations to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications:

  • BLS (Preferred)
  • Licensure/Certifications for physicians assistant (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2 year's experience required
