Full-Time Physician Assistant for Pain Management

Role Overview:

Join our healthcare team as a Physician Assistant and be a vital part of our commitment to excellent patient care. In this role, you will work closely with our medical staff to provide hands-on care, perform a range of medical procedures, and manage patient treatment plans. We are looking for a skilled professional with practical experience in a clinical setting who can handle day-to-day tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality care and support our patients effectively.

Job Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per with full benefits

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Assess and treat patients using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Collaborate with case management to coordinate discharge planning for patients.
  • Recommend and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing cost-effectiveness and the quality of patient care.
  • Accept referrals from other physicians and act as a consulting provider for patients requiring hospitalization, based on patient needs and hospital requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation that meets insurance requirements and manage appeals for any denials in a timely manner.
  • Engage in both inpatient and outpatient consultations for specialized care, which may include participating in on-call schedules.

What You Must Have:

  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Active Physician Assistant license in the state
  • Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to working in a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare environment
