Full-Time Physician Assistant for Pain Management

Position Details:

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Assistant and contribute significantly to our dedication to exceptional patient care. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our medical staff to deliver hands-on care, carry out various medical procedures, and oversee patient treatment plans. We’re seeking a skilled professional with practical clinical experience who can manage daily responsibilities and ensure the efficient running of our clinic. Your expertise will be essential in providing top-notch care and supporting our patients' health and well-being, helping us maintain a high standard of service and care.

Job Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per with full benefits

Key Responsibilities Are:

  • Assess and treat patients using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Collaborate with case management to coordinate discharge planning for patients.
  • Recommend and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing cost-effectiveness and the quality of patient care.
  • Accept referrals from other physicians and act as a consulting provider for patients requiring hospitalization, based on patient needs and hospital requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation that meets insurance requirements and manage appeals for any denials in a timely manner.
  • Engage in both inpatient and outpatient consultations for specialized care, which may include participating in on-call schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Active Physician Assistant license in the state
  • Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to working in a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare environment
