Full-time and Part-time Physician Assistants Needed at Pediatric Office in Tacoma, WA

Our Pediatrics group in the area is seeking either an experienced Physician Assistant.


The newly expanded practice is seeking an additional provider due to patient demand.


Outpatient only with no inpatient rounding, Monday – Friday.


We have full time and part time opportunities available.


Qualifications


  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) with active licence
  • One year experience
  • Candidate who has Physician Assistant certification is current and was grandfathered-in prior to the Master’s degree becoming a requirement for the credential will be considered if they also have required hands-on experience
  • Ability to effectively present and document information for patient population
  • Must have sensitivity to low income and ethnic minority community
  • Ability to quickly assimilate, assess and act on upon new concepts, trends, and initiatives
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills
  • Ability to represent the organisation in a professional manner in a variety of settings, meet people with diplomacy and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions in line with state and federal regulations
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and analyse documents, regulations, and policies
  • Ability to prepare and submit complete and succinct documentation necessary to the job

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Schedule :


  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 Hours
  • On-Call Saturday

Salary:


  • $80,000 - $130,000 per year + Bonus
