Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient examinations and review medical records
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays
- Diagnose and treat various acute health conditions and illnesses
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for chronic diseases
- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and schedules
- Educate patients and their families on diseases, epidemics, and preventive measures
- Oversee the overall health and well-being of patients
- Promote and encourage good health practices
- Engage in continuous professional development and research
- Proven experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinic, hospital, ER, or urgent care setting
- Expertise in primary care and acute care practices
- Thorough knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong ethical values and commitment to patient-centered care
- Team spirit and positive attitude for effective collaboration
- Patience and cool-headedness in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to continuously learn and gain clinical experience
- Valid State Physician Assistant license
- DEA number is required
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant
