We are looking for experienced and self-sufficient Physician Assistants (PA-C) to join our frontline care team.

You’ll work in high-acuity outpatient settings, managing a broad range of conditions in patients of all ages. Our providers are encouraged to use their full scope of training in a supportive, tech-enabled environment where efficiency and outcomes go hand-in-hand.

You will be the primary provider for walk-in patients seeking urgent, non-emergency care. Every shift is different, and you’ll be expected to move confidently between diagnosing, treating, performing procedures, and making rapid clinical decisions—all while delivering a high standard of care.

Job Duties:

  • Provide walk-in care for patients with acute illnesses, injuries, infections, and minor trauma
  • Take histories, perform exams, order/interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs)
  • Prescribe medications, educate patients, and manage follow-up
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
  • Document care thoroughly using our streamlined EMR platform
  • Collaborate with medical directors, physicians, and other PAs/NPs as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current PA license in Missouri (or ability to obtain)
  • NCCPA certification
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, ER, or high-acuity primary care
  • DEA registration (or ability to apply)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency in performing urgent care procedures independently
  • DOT Certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Pediatric and adolescent care experience

Benefits:

  • Attractive base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CME allowance + paid CME days
  • Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time)
  • Malpractice coverage with tail insurance
  • Relocation support available for eligible candidates
  • Flexible scheduling (4-day workweeks and part-time shifts available)
  • Opportunities for medical leadership, training, and mentorship

Take the next step in your urgent care career. We’re ready for providers who are confident, caring, and ready to lead from the front.
