Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Title: Physician Assistant – Urgent Care (Scottsdale, Arizona)

Salary: $120k to $150K a year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Overview:
As a Physician Assistant in our urgent care setting, you will play a vital role in delivering timely, high-quality care. You’ll evaluate and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, perform diagnostic procedures, and support patients in their path to recovery—all within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care, and incision & drainage
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, etc.)
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education
• Document patient visits thoroughly in the EMR system
• Collaborate with on-site physicians and support staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and compliance with clinical protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active and unrestricted Arizona PA license
• NCCPA certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
