Full-time Podiatrist Wanted for Operative Podiatry Foot Health Center in Scottsdale, Arizona
We are a Foot and Ankle specialty clinic dedicated to bringing exceptional foot and ankle care to our patients, and we are thrilled to be seeking highly skilled and compassionate Medical Podiatrists to join our dynamic team.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays: Rotational shifts with other team members, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Salary:
$180,000 to $220,000 per year.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Introduce and implement innovative treatment modalities, such as regenerative medicine techniques, laser therapy, or minimally invasive procedures, to optimize patient outcomes and enhance foot health.
- Collaborate closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and wound care specialists, to create integrated treatment plans that address patients' holistic needs.
- Develop educational materials and conduct patient seminars to raise awareness about foot health, preventive care, and proper footwear choices, fostering a proactive approach to foot health among our patient community.
- Provide specialized care for high-risk patients, such as diabetic individuals or those with vascular conditions, ensuring meticulous foot screenings and effective preventive measures to avoid complications.
- Engage in community outreach programs, health fairs, and local events to promote foot health and showcase our commitment to exceptional podiatric care.
- Provide comprehensive foot care for geriatric patients, emphasizing fall prevention, gait analysis, and appropriate footwear recommendations to improve mobility and quality of life.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from a school accredited by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education.
- Completion of a podiatric medicine and surgery residency fully accredited by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education.
- Valid state license to practice as a Podiatrist.
- Board certification by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, or the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery is required.
- Wound care certification is preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated experience in the management and clinical care of foot problems is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
- Proficient in performing surgical procedures related to podiatry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing patient well-being and satisfaction.
