Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Position

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($115,000 to $130,000 per year)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic and growing team of mental health professionals. This position will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on promoting mental health and wellness within our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, emerging research, and trends in the mental health field.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, or a related field
  • Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Experience practicing independently without supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
  • Strong computer literacy skills
