Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Your Role :

  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.
  • More tasks to be assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
  • Active license as Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
  • Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
