Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Gives mental health assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and crisis intervention services to adult and/or child family members who present from a psychiatric evaluation with a variety of mental health issues. Plans and directs each member's treatment in collaboration with the treating medical, psychiatric, and allied health professional teams.

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Your Role :

  • Consult with other department providers regarding treatment plans.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
  • Provide case management through appropriate triaging and referrals, reporting to other providers, telephone contact with patients and their families, and contact with outside agencies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
  • Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
  • Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
