Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Supports adult and/or child family members who present from a psychiatric evaluation with a range of mental health difficulties with mental health assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and crisis intervention services. Plans and oversees the care of each member in coordination with the medical, psychiatric, and allied health professional teams who are treating them.

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Your Role :

  • Provide high quality health care through direct screening, diagnosis and formulation/implementation of treatment plan for mental health patients (may include depression, anxiety, marital conflicts, etc., in individuals, couples, families or groups). Document in writing all care in patients permanent medical record in accordance with accepted medical/legal standards. Provide all care in accordance with accepted practice standards and hospital/clinic protocols (including supervision by a physician).
  • Provide case management through appropriate triaging and referrals, reporting to other providers, telephone contact with patients and their families, and contact with outside agencies.
  • Consult with other department providers regarding treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
  • Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
  • Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
