Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
This role will be centered on community stabilization, guaranteeing that program participants have access to resources that promote their general well-being, fighting for the preservation of individual rights and dignity, and enabling people to realize their own objectives.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Your Role :
- Complete and maintain crisis alerts for coordination with county crisis services for participants
- Coordinate and document hospital/inpatient service transitions and program transfers when necessary, including care coordination with hospital staff to support discharges.
- Effectively utilize crisis de-escalation skills to support all individuals, including milieu support as Clinician of the Day
- Complete and document risk assessments and safety plans
- Ensure documentation is completed same-day for each person who may be at increased risk of crisis service interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
- Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
- Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
