Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

This role will be focused on community stabilization, making sure program participants have access to resources that promote their general well-being, fighting for the preservation of individual rights and dignity, and enabling people to realize their own objectives.

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Your Role :

• Perform other duties as requested.
• Work proactively with participant to avoid use of crisis services
• Complete and maintain crisis alerts for coordination with county crisis services for participants
• Coordinate and document hospital/inpatient service transitions and program transfers when necessary, including care coordination with hospital staff to support discharges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
• Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
• Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
