Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
This position will be primarily responsible for community stabilization, ensuring that program participants have access to services that support their overall health, advocating for the protection of people's rights and dignity, and empowering individuals to achieve their own goals.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Your Role :
- Work proactively with participant to avoid use of crisis services
- Complete and maintain crisis alerts for coordination with county crisis services for participants
- Coordinate and document hospital/inpatient service transitions and program transfers when necessary, including care coordination with hospital staff to support discharges.
- Effectively utilize crisis de-escalation skills to support all individuals, including milieu support as Clinician of the Day
What We’re Looking For:
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
- Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
- Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
