Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
The most important focus of this role will be community stabilization, ensuring that program participants have access to resources that support their overall well-being, advocating for the protection of individual rights and dignity, and empowering people to achieve their own goals.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Your Role :
- Complete critical incident reporting form within 24 hours when indicated
- Carry after hours phone on an alternating basis for care coordination support
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Work proactively with participant to avoid use of crisis services
- Complete and maintain crisis alerts for coordination with county crisis services for participants
What We’re Looking For:
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
- Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Quickly and accurately assess, diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Intervene and effectively treat emergent problems involving mental health functioning
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
