Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Community stabilization, making sure program participants have access to resources that promote their general well-being, fighting for the protection of individual rights and dignity, and enabling people to pursue their own objectives will be the primary focuses of this job.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Your Role :
- Provide all care in accordance with accepted practice standards and hospital/clinic protocols (including supervision by a physician).
- Provide case management through appropriate triaging and referrals, reporting to other providers, telephone contact with patients and their families, and contact with outside agencies.
- Consult with other department providers regarding treatment plans.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What We’re Looking For:
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
- Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Identify and respond to changes in policies, regulations, and procedures which can impact the patient.
- Ability to use electronic medical records.
- Ability to access, diagnose and treat child and adult mental health patients. Individual, couple, family and group therapy skills required.
