Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) – Fully Remote | Washington

Location: Oak Harbor, Washington

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Remote LCPC, you’ll provide virtual outpatient therapy to clients across Washington , all from the comfort of your own space, while staying connected to a vibrant and collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth
  • Complete initial intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our user-friendly EHR
  • Collaborate with other therapists, medical providers, and support staff
  • Participate in optional case consultations, trainings, and team meetings
  • Set your own hours and customize your client load based on your preferences

What You Bring

  • Active LCPC license in Washington (Required)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field
  • 1+ years of post-licensure experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong clinical skills with common issues like anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders
  • Reliable internet, private workspace, and comfort with telehealth platforms
  • A commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care
