Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) – Fully Remote | Washington
Location: Oak Harbor, Washington
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Remote LCPC, you’ll provide virtual outpatient therapy to clients across Washington , all from the comfort of your own space, while staying connected to a vibrant and collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth
- Complete initial intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our user-friendly EHR
- Collaborate with other therapists, medical providers, and support staff
- Participate in optional case consultations, trainings, and team meetings
- Set your own hours and customize your client load based on your preferences
What You Bring
- Active LCPC license in Washington (Required)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field
- 1+ years of post-licensure experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong clinical skills with common issues like anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders
- Reliable internet, private workspace, and comfort with telehealth platforms
- A commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care
