Position: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location: Standish, Maine

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our compassionate and collaborative outpatient team in Maine. This is a unique opportunity to do meaningful clinical work in a setting where you are supported, heard, and encouraged to thrive—both as a therapist and as a human being.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, couples, or group therapy to a diverse outpatient population
  • Complete intake assessments and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and (optional) clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with other providers as needed to support client well-being

What You Bring:

  • Maine licensure as an LCPC (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy across a range of presenting concerns
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive, and evidence-based care
  • A collaborative spirit and strong ethical grounding
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EMRs is a plus
