Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location: Falmouth, Maine

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LCPC to join our growing outpatient team on the serene and beautiful coast of Maine.

What You’ll Do

  • Individual therapy for adults, adolescents, or children, based on your specialty and interests.
  • Family and/or group therapy (optional, based on your strengths).
  • Diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
  • Collaboration with other therapists, psychiatric providers, and community supports.
  • Regular clinical team meetings and ongoing training in current evidence-based modalities.
  • Optional opportunities to supervise LCPC-c candidates, if qualified and interested.

What You Bring:

  • Active LCPC license in Maine or eligibility for licensure within 90 days.
  • Strong clinical skills with at least 2 years of post-master’s counseling experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians with strong supervision experience are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills, with a client-centered and trauma-informed approach.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including rural communities, LGBTQIA+ clients, or those impacted by generational trauma, is highly valued.
  • Comfort with electronic health records and time-sensitive documentation.
