Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

Our thriving outpatient behavioral health clinic in Nevada is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our collaborative care team.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work with clients of various backgrounds in a strengths-based, client-centered environment. Your work will focus on promoting emotional well-being, helping clients navigate life’s challenges, and fostering lasting change through evidence-based counseling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient individual, couples, and/or family counseling to a diverse client base.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Use a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy) based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
  • Attend case consultations, trainings, and team meetings to support professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related field.
  • Active LCPC license in Nevada (or license eligible within 90 days).
  • At least one year of experience in an outpatient or clinical mental health setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in delivering culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to ethical practice.
