Location: Baltimore , Maryland

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards of care are met
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, or peer consultations (if applicable)
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients from all walks of life

What You Bring:

  • Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and cultural competence
  • Ability to work independently while managing a caseload
  • Proficiency with or willingness to learn telehealth systems and EHR platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
