Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) – Maryland
Location: Glen Burnie, Maryland
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards of care are met
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, or peer consultations (if applicable)
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients from all walks of life
What You Bring:
- Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and cultural competence
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn telehealth systems and EHR platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
