Job Duties:

· To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.

· Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

· Utilize several, individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

· Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.

· Keep accurate and current clinical records while abiding by the law and morality.

· Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.

Job Qualifications:

● Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

● Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state

● Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.

● Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.

● strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.

● excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.

● ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.

● proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.

Pay and Benefits:

● $70,000-90,000. The caseload will be based on availability and experience.
