Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Counselor in Aurora, CO

In Pro Wellness and Mental Health Clinic, we offer in-person and telehealth mental health services from our office. Our excellent support staff provides credentialing services, intake scheduling, highly efficient billing, and other administrative support as needed.

SCHEDULE:

Day shift; Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.

  • Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.

  • Perform intake assessments.

  • Perform individual sessions per week.

  • Participate in individual supervision.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers.

  • Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work.


QUALIFICATION:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling

  • Current licensure as LPC in the state

  • Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.

  • Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

  • Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.

  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

Salary:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year + Benefits
