Hiring Full time/ Part time for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Thrive Mental and Counseling Center in Hartford, CT
We are giving a Sign-on bonus for the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role

Work Schedule:
Your Schedule will be;
- Full-time: Monday to Friday: 8 Hours/day
- Part-time: Monday to Saturday: make hours based on team needs and your personal schedule
- No Weekends
Responsibilities:
- To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
- Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
- Utilize several, individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
- Keep accurate and current clinical records while abiding by the law and morality.
- Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role in the state
- Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
- Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
- strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.
- ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.
- proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.
Salary:
$70,000-100,000 per year + Bonus
