Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Mental Health, your role will be based at our state-of-the-art teen and young adult outpatient treatment center. Our facility is dedicated to providing evidence-based and holistic treatment programs designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). In this position, you will have the opportunity to profoundly impact our clients' lives by offering:

  1. Group Therapy: You will lead engaging and supportive group sessions that foster connections among our clients, enabling them to share their experiences and learn from one another.
  2. Individual Therapy:Your responsibilities will encompass delivering personalized and empathetic counseling to assist our clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This will involve developing coping strategies and action plans tailored to their unique needs.
  3. Treatment Planning: Collaborating closely with our clients, you will craft individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that specifically address their needs and preferences.
  4. Progress Monitoring: You will be responsible for tracking and evaluating the progress and outcomes of our clients using a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree: You have completed a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
  • Licensed Clinician: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure required
  • Experienced in Mental Health Treatment: You have worked with clients who have mental health/mood disorders in residential or outpatient settings
  • Collaborative Attitude: You are a team player who is passionate about our mission to foster positive change
  • Strong Clinical Skills: You are skilled in motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and documentation

Compensation and Benefits:
