Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Rockbridge Psychiatric Clinic in Haverford, PA


We offer in-person and telehealth mental health services from our office.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to work in our office. The clinician will:
Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.
Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.
Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.
Perform intake assessments.
Perform individual sessions per week.
Participate in individual supervision.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers.
Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work.

SCHEDULE:
Day shift; Monday to Friday

QUALIFICATION:
Master's Degree in mental health.
Current licensure as LPC
Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

PAY:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
