Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Counselor in Refreshed Mental Health Clinic.

We offer both in-person and telemedicine mental health treatments directly from our office.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to work in our office. The clinician will:

-Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive and ethical relationships while upholding professional boundaries.

-Hold regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge readiness when applicable.

-Create, execute, and oversee person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

-Maintain thorough and current documentation, including progress notes, for each client.

-Conduct intake assessments as needed.

-Conduct a specified number of individual sessions weekly.

-Engage in individual supervision sessions.

-Cooperate with other healthcare providers as part of a collaborative approach.

-Embrace a growth-oriented mindset in all facets of your work.

SCHEDULE:

Day shift; Monday to Friday

QUALIFICATION:

  • Master's Degree in mental health.
  • Current licensure as LPC
  • Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
  • Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

PAY:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
