Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Wanted

We are searching for an unbiased licensed professional counselor to lead counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions. The licensed professional counselor should schedule intake assessments, gauge clients' treatment needs, and then devise contextually sensitive treatment options. As therapy unfolds, you should review the suggested length and type of interventions to boost clients' prospects of fully recovering.

To ensure success as a licensed professional counselor, you should be able to take projection in your stride while maintaining honest dialogues with clients. A remarkable licensed professional counselor will be cognizant of societal factors that shape clients' experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
  • Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  • Utilize several, individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Keep accurate and current clinical records while abiding by the law and morality.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
  • Experience in counseling for at least threeyears, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
  • strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.
  • ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.
  • proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $80,000-$100,000. The caseload will be based on availability and experience.
