Westwood Family Psychotherapy is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric, psychologists, and therapists. Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care. We are seeking to add Clinical Therapists (LPC) to our team of highly skilled clinicians.

Salary:

$70,000 - $104,000 + Bonus

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 1-2 years prior experience in a clinical setting
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial:
  • EMDR (must be certified)
  • Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
  • Masters (Required)
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

Responsibilities:

  • Provides and documents the provision of services, assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
  • Participates in internal consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization
  • Participates in multidisciplinary groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices and developing or updating programs and business processes
  • Provides clinical services required by special programs and projects
  • Meets defined individual and department goals, activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators
  • Promotes, supports and demonstrates mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day to day basis
  • The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and type
