Providing a range of mental health services to people and families with little access to care, treating various mental health issues.

Job Duties:

  • To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
  • Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  • Utilize several, individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
  • Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $70,000-90,000. The caseload will be based on availability and experience.
