LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR WANTED FULL-TIME/PART-TIME

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, concerns, and goals.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
- Conduct couples and family therapy sessions to address relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and family conflicts.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs, setting clear objectives and interventions.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate mental health challenges.
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources available for support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Strong clinical experience and competence in providing counseling services.
