Licensed Professional Counselor

We are seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals and families overcome mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Working Schedule: Full-time from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Perform assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health
  • Create personalized treatment plans
  • Offer crisis intervention services when necessary
  • Provide education and resources to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and thorough client records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling or related field
  • Licensed to practice counseling in the state
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
