Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Needed.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a mental health clinician with a focus on youth to join our team. The clinician's responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing a client caseload, developing rapport, and fostering healthy working relationships with clients while keeping to professional ethics and boundaries.

- Meeting with clients on a frequent basis to monitor progress, stability, future appointments, and discharge when appropriate.

- Working with clients to develop, administer, and supervise person-centered treatment programs.

- Keeping accurate paperwork and progress notes for each customer.

- Carrying out intake evaluations.

- Holding a set number of individual sessions each week.

- Assisting with individual supervision.

- Working together with other healthcare providers.

- Adopting a development mentality in all element of their career.

SCHEDULE:

This position offers a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATION:

- A Master's Degree in mental health is required.

- Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

- the ability to achieve internal credentialing standards within appropriate clinical contexts.

- At least one year of experience working with mental patients and/or people struggling with substance misuse.

- Previous evaluation, diagnosis, and individual and group treatment experience is required.

- Proven computer competency, including basic keyboarding abilities.

PAY:

$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
