Full-time/Part-time/W2 Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Needed

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team so they can provide great care and support for people on their particular journeys to emotional well-being and personal development.

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 yearly!

Job Requirements:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
  • Master's degree in counseling or related field
  • Knowledge of relevant state laws and regulations
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality

Job Duties:

  • To create individualized treatment plans for clients, conduct extensive examinations and initial assessments.
  • Offer individuals, couples, families, and groups therapeutic interventions based on scientific facts.
  • Use a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to address the individual needs of each client.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Keep accurate clinical records in compliance with the law and ethical principles.
  • Utilize opportunities for professional development to stay current on developments in

and research into mental health.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Master's Degree in professional counseling.
  • Current licensure as LPC
  • Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
  • Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.
