FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LPC)

We are searching for an unbiased licensed professional counselor to lead counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions. The licensed professional counselor should schedule intake assessments, gauge clients' treatment needs, and then devise contextually sensitive treatment options. As therapy unfolds, you should review the suggested length and type of interventions to boost clients' prospects of fully recovering.

Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 yearly with sign-on bonus!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeting counseling designed to help the individual overcome their problems
  • Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies in counseling to provide patients with the best possible care
  • Refer patients to other mental healthcare providers as necessary
  • Remain warm and engaged through the duration of every patient’s counseling session
  • Meet with patients to determine the exact nature of their mental health concerns

Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
  • All state-mandated licenses required for practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to get clients to open up to you
  • Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every patient
  • Willingness to refer patients to other healthcare providers as needed
