Licensed Professional Counselor Needed Full-time

A professional counselor is responsible for providing mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and groups. They are trained to help people cope with various emotional and behavioral issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health assessments and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
  • Provide individual, couple, and group counseling sessions
  • Teach clients coping mechanisms and self-care techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the counseling process
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients' treatment and progress

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling or related field
  • State licensure as a professional counselor

Pay and Benefits:
