We are seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our outpatient mental health clinic. The successful candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health counseling
• Participate in clinic staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• Licensed professional counselor in good standing
• Experience providing counseling services in an outpatientclinic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Working Conditions:

The licensed professional counselor will work in our outpatient clinic, seeing clients during regular business hours. The position is full-time and part-time, with benefits.

Pay and Benefits:

• $80,000-90,000 Demands will be distributed based on each person's capacity and expertise.
