Hiring Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various counseling techniques and approaches, and a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Create treatment plans and monitor progress towards goals.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Active license as a Professional Counselor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.

Pay and Benefits:

• $70,000-90,000. The caseload will be based on availability and experience.
