Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)- Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are seeking a Pennsylvania licensed professional counselor with excellent clinical skills to provide counseling services in a warm, collaborative group private practice setting. Our established and growing practice serves adults, children, couples and families.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses and evaluates assigned patients
  • Conducts individual, family, and/or group therapy.
  • Functions as the primary contact for treatment and related communication
  • Promotes implementation of therapeutic, recovery oriented, trauma informed services.
  • Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility & program policies and procedures.
  • Promotes positive work environment through multi-modal communication and interaction with colleagues and all employees in the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in (LPC)
  • Must have Active clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC)
  • Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
