Compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Needed!

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000

Job Description:

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best mental health care in the least restrictive environment. We provide a full range of therapeutic, psychopharmacological, clinical research, and counseling services to an outpatient population. We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
  • Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
  • Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
  • Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Perform individual sessions per week

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
  • At least 2 year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate
  • Must be comfortable using computers (excel spreadsheet, RMS systems, outlook, pimsy)
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Comfortable completing intake assessments
