Looking for full time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
The Mental Health Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis intervention, mental health evaluation and diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, case management and group work with primarily an adult population. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in group and individual supervision sessions.
- Work with Oregon Health Authority to provide enrollment and discharge data for problem gambling treatment customers.
- Perform joint case planning and coordination in areas of behavioral health with other community agencies including but not limited to: schools, group homes, police organizations, district attorney’s offices, courts, community clinics and hospitals and other agencies in the Department of Human Services.
- Provide behavioral health and addiction education, prevention and information to various interest groups.
- Attend trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. as directed by administration and use the information gathered to benefit the agency and the customers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QI plan for the agency including policies and procedures necessary to implement plan.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work, Master in Professional Counseling, Master of Family Therapy degree from a nationally accredited institution, fulfilling the requirements for licensure in the state of Oregon and/or Washington.
