Looking for a Full Time Position as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Clinical Social Worker with a Mental Health specialty to join our outpatient clinic. This is a specialty care clinic providing care to our high-risk patients. You will assist patients and families dealing with personal and environmental problems which predispose them to illness, or which interfere with their obtaining maximum benefits from medical care

Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Assist with program planning and organization of services.
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Must have 2 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Active state licensure as LPC.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
