Your Duties Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health counseling through continuing education and training.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Counseling (LPC) or related field
  • Must have Active clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
