Responsibilities:
- Deliver counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
- Offer individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management
- Personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Perform therapy sessions and ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
- Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goal
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
- Must have 2 years of experience delivering counseling services.
- Active licensure as LPC in the state.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to thorough documentation.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach with a dedication to client well-being.
